I did a research overall on different moving companies and took a leap of faith with AAA. The agents were knowledgeable and quote was competitive. The actual mover (who was to pick my car) arrived 4-5 days late (during the Hurricane Irene period) but once picked up they were on their way. The overall move experience was satisfactory, no damage to the vehicle and I was able to stay in touch with the driver throughout to make sure I know when the vehicle is arriving. AAA is the front end, they contract out their moves to different companies so once you pay downpayment to AAA and they issue a dispatch, the moving company runs the show. One good thing, my car was moved in a closed truck (though i paid for the open), i guess i got lucky.
